Kenny Klaus has lived in Arizona since 1974. He grew up in the West Valley and moved to the East Valley in 1990. He earned his Real Estate License in 1999. He worked for FEDEX for 13 years prior to becoming a Full Time Realtor. He now is the leader of The Kenny Klaus Team which consists of 6 agents a full time Transaction Coordinator, a Listing Coordinator, and a Client Appreciation Director & a Short Sale Coordinator. He is involved heavily in the community and gives back through time and donations tirelessly. He has worked to obtain his CRS, ABR, SRES, CDPE and E-Pro designations through continuing education to better serve his team and his clients. His commitment to educate and re-invest in his business has resulted in continually improving client services.

 

Kraig Klaus is a native of Arizona and grew up with Kenny in the West Valley. He moved to the East Valley in 2003 after spending 5 years living in Upstate New York. He earned his Real Estate license in 2003 and immediately joined The Kenny Klaus Team. Prior to becoming a Full Time Realtor he worked as a Sales Representative for a local newspaper in New York. In addition to his usual Realtor duties Kraig is also the Marketing Director for the team and is responsible for shooting the listing photos and virtual tours as well as the flyers and maintaing the team's websites and other marketing related items.
 

Stephanie Seymour was born in Wisconsin and moved to Arizona in 1997. She has lived in the East Valley since arriving in Arizona. She started working in the Escrow business immediately upon arriving in Arizona and joined The Kenny Klaus Team as a Full Time Transaction Coordinator in 2003. Prior to working in Escrow she worked as Admissions Clerk for a Hospital. Stephanie is primarily responsible for tracking transactions through the escrow period and communicating with the clients, lenders, title etc. to insure a smooth closing. She also helps with client communication & coordination throughout the listing.

 

Victor De Stefano was born in Chicago and moved to Arizona in 2001. He enrolled in Desert Ridge High School as a freshman it's opening year. In 2006, Victor graduated high school with a Real Estate License resulting in him becoming the youngest Realtor in Arizona. He immediately joined The Kenny Klaus Team. Victor is primarily a buyer's agent but also assists with listings and various other duties as needed.

 

Jason Splitler was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He was a member of the men's golf team at Arizona State University, and played golf professionally until obtaining his Real Estate License in 2000. Jason has enjoyed success as a full-time Realtor ever since, and views being a member of The Kenny Klaus Team as an opportunity to take his level of customer service to the highest degree. As either a listing or buyer¿s agent, Jason¿s goal is to serve each of his clients with honesty, integrity and communication in hopes of providing a positive and memorable real estate transaction.

 

Nikki Klaus is an Arizona Native and worked previously at Wells Fargo Bank and GreenTree Financial. She now Assists the agents on The Kenny Klaus Team doing various client appreciation events as the Client Care Director.

 

Jeff Gritzmacher is a Wisconsin native and moved to Arizona in 1996. Where he was previously a hotel/resort manager for Sheraton hotels before making the move into real estate in 1998.Jeff has enjoyed many successes during his real estate career and has many awards .Jeff has an Associate Broker license, and earned the GRI & ABR designations to better serve his clients. Jeff believes you give before you receive, and has taught his step daughters the importance of this life lesson. When it became time to look at growing his business to another level it really was a no brainier to team up with The Kenny Klaus Team as Jeff put’s it “Kenny is somebody I highly respected and we have similar belief’s in giving back to our communities, and being relentless towards our goals” Jeff works with buyers and sellers for The Kenny Klaus Team

 

 

 

 

 Melanie Trumble is a native of Arizona. She earned her real estate license in 2007.  Melanie owned and operated her own business for 10 years prior to becoming a real estate agent.  After experiencing the real estate world she found the short sale negotiating part of the sale transaction was where she wanted to be.  Joining the Kenny Klaus Team in July of 2009 was the perfect opportunity. She became the Short Sale Coordinator which is preparing the paperwork that goes to the clients and the banks, negotiations and working with the agents to help the process to be smoother and faster for everyone involved.  She recently earned her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) certification which gives her the tools to work with the banks, agents, and clients in a  short sale transaction.  Melanie has gone through a short sale herself and understands the process and the emotional ups and downs that come from going through  a short sale and is able to help the client walk through it every step of the way.

 

 

Jessica Hensley was born and raised in Michigan. She moved to Arizona in 2003. Jessica brings a strong background in new home construction, where she was involved in the day to day activities as an office manager for a custom home builder. Her involvement in the home building business has lead Jessica to a career in Real Estate since 2006. Jessica now enjoys a full time position with the Kenny Klaus Team assisting clients with buying and selling homes throughout the valley.
