The Kenny Klaus Team with Keller Williams Integrity First Realty is one of the most successful Real Estate Teams in the country, closing almost 600 transactions in 2011. We are preparing to interview self-motivated, tech-savvy team players who are eager to learn, train, practice, and work extremely hard. We are looking for experienced and licensed real estate agents who can admit that they don't know everything there is to know about being successful in real estate and who is willing to try new things and adopt our system. Training is provided.

Our systems generate over 300 quality leads per month, and we need help serving them! We provide tons of great leads, accountability, a phenomenal customer relationship management program, and transaction coordination, as well as scripts, lead generation tools, and a great system for lead conversion.

Requirements:
• Licensed
• Full Time
• Transfer to Keller Williams Integrity First
• Work from The Kenny Klaus Team Office
• Prepared to go through a detailed interview process
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Strong Work Ethic, Honest and Professional in Demeanor
• Team Player
• Prepared to receive leads immediately
• Be ready to watch your business grow
• Our buyer's agents work from office and NOT from home
• Our buyer's agents typically work 40-60 hours per week
• Our buyer's agents typically work at least 1-2 weekends per month

Compensation:
• This position is commission based (independent contractor status - 1099)
